Epiclad FBS (Fleece-Back System) membrane is manufactured for waterproofing rough surfaces, or retrofitting over bitumen, mathoid, concrete or tongue & groove sarking.

Epiclad FBS is made from the same EPDM rubber polymer as Epiclad but also incorporates a polyester fibre matt fleece-backing which promotes the bond with the substrate; vents excessive moisture and adhesive vapours; and provides extra cushioning against puncture and tearing. It is available in 1.14mm thick, 3m X 15.2m seamless sheets to provide minimum joining on large areas.

Epiclad FBS is BRANZ Accredited and complies with E2/AS1 as an Acceptable solution.

Waterproofing Applications

• Waterproofing/roofing the roughest substrates such as bitumen, malthoid, concrete, tongue and groove sarking
• Reroofing over a wide range of surfaces including composite bitumen
• Roofing/waterproofing over materials with a high moisture content such as concrete slabs
